Apex Martial Arts Academy

family atmosphere is non-treatening and
lends itself to getting everyone involved.

  At Apex we utilize the streetwise traditional
karate system known as Isshin Ryu,
created in the 40's and 50's and designed
with the American fighting men in mind,
Isshin Ryu use close quarters strikes, kicks,
blocks, takedowns, and locks. Studies in
additional systems, include japanese and
brazilian jujitsu, modern arnis, kenpo, hung
gar kung fu, tai chi, aikido, judo, and
kendo.
